Advert Rules:
1. You Can NOT Have Unrelated Multi-binds Eg: RAID /Carjack, Or Raid/Mug/Carjack. They Must Be Related Eg : Raid/Raid Buttist/Party Raid
Or Raid Over/Party Raid Over, Those Are Acceptable
General Rules:
1. Do not RDM(Random Death Match): You are not allowed to kill anyone unless you have a valid RP reason.
2. Do not break NLR(New Life Rule): When you died, you will forget everything that happened to you in your previous life. You are also not allowed to go back to the area you died for 3 minutes. If you are killed in a raid, NLR lasts for 3 minutes. And It Is NOT Limited To The Bubble, Just The Area In General
3. Do not RDA(Random Arrest): Do not arrest anyone without legit RP reason. If you are arresting a guy who killed you previously, Rule 3 applies.
4. DO NOT attempt to go to an unreachable place (admin rooms for ex.) on the map using unconventional methods.
5. Do not mic spam: Do not play music, or generally spam through the microphone, disrupting communications of people around you, this can result in a kick.
6. Do not use Voice Changers: Do not use any programs that will modify how you sound, you will be gagged if you do.
7. Do not build non-RP related things: Do not build things that are not related to RP-ing.
8. Respect all admins: Please respect all admins and do not talk trash to them. If they are abusing, hold your anger, take screenshots of their abusing, then post it into forums.
9. No offensive sprays allowed: Users who have sprays that are considered offensive(hentai/porn/homophobic/racism) will be banned for 2 weeks with no exception. Continued breaking of this rule will end with more than 1 month ban.
10. Do not Backseat Administrate: When you see a player MButt-RDM or Propkill, do not prop kill or kill him back, Rule 1 and Rule 8 applies. Arresting the Prop Killing/Prop Spamming players is allowed to ensure that no further damage will be caused for the next 100+ seconds. This is an exception to Rule 4.
11. Do not Meta-game: Metagaming means that you are using non-RP ways to get information during RP-ing. For example: Using OOC(Out of Character) chat to inform the cops that you are kidnapped and telling them where you are. Another example: Using no-collided cars to enter a base to find out how protected it is.
12. Do not FailRP: Do not do things that are impossible in real life. For example: Using physgun to get your car back from stealers, and a flying base with no support from the ground.
13. Do not abuse fading doors: Do not open then close the fading door just to kill someone, and do NOT close the fading door after someone cracked it. Using buttons to avoid this rule is NOT allowed.
14. Advert Mug, Steal, Raid upon start and finish: So when you kill someone, admins know that it's not RDM. And do it to tell everyone you are mugging, stealing or stuff. Mugging can only go up to $10,000.(Players being mugged can defend themselves!)
15. Do not health boost: Using drugs or any other way to health boost is not allowed. Anyone with HP that stays at 200 or more will be kicked with NO warnings.
16. Do not Power-game: Do not drop the weapons/items you need from a job then switching to another job just to keep it.
17. Use English in OOC: This server contains many different people from many different countries, please use english as an international language, speaking in your own language in local chat is allowed.
18. No offensive language: Keep swearing to the minimal, but absolutely no racist or homophobic words/terms allowed, No Disrespecting of Any kind.
19. Do not use glitches/exploits/hacks
20. Kidnapping cooldown: You are not allowed to kidnap the mayor that had been kidnapped for the past 30 minutes.
21. ButtButtinate cooldown: You are not allowed to ButtButtinate the mayor if the mayor had been ButtButtinated for the past 30 minutes.
22. To have a war one team leader must advert war and other team leader must advert agree with war then you may start the war! ( SEE RULE 54 )
23. Do Not Make Props Invisible: Do Not Make Props Invisible As It Is A Cheap Way Of Cheating/Fooling People Into Thinking That There Are No Props In The Area.
24. Do Not Impersonate Staff Members: You Are Not Allowed To Change Your Name As One Of The Staff Members In Inferno, You Will Be Kicked/Banned If You Break This Rule.
25. Do Not Use Hacks or Scripts: Do Not Use Any Kind Of In-Game Modification That Requires A Lua BypButt, It Is Unfair And Ruins The RP Experience.
26. Building signs are not an active rule during the purge.

32. Do not AFK in your car or leave your car parked in the street (store in dealer if not using.) will be deleted by admin.

3. If You Kill Another Player That Your Don't Have A Hit On (Cross-Fire), It's Still Considered RDM, And Can Be Warned
Hobo Rules :
1. You May Build In The Street ( This Does Not Mean You Can Block Off Anything That The Public Is Suppose To Have Access To. If Caught Doing This It Will Get Deleted Without Any Warnings)
3.You Can ONLY Own A Small Fire Arm Such As Pistols. If You Use/Own Anything Bigger Than A Pistol = FailRP.

Prop Rules ( BREAKING OF ANY OF THESE RULES RESULTS IN A KICK ) :
1. Do NOT Prop-Spam: Do Not Spam Props To Create Lag. If It’s Severe, You Will Be Kicked/Banned.
2. Do NOT Prop-Kill: Props Are Not Weapons, Guns Are. If You Prop Killed Someone, You Will Be Kicked. If The Prop-Kill Is Server, You Will Be Banned.
3. Do NOT Prop-Block: Do Not Use A Prop To Prevent Other Players From getting To.
4. Do NOT Proclimb: Do Not Use A Prop To Get Into Bases, Restricted Areas, Or Unreachable Places.
5. Do NOT Prop-Surf. Do Not Use A Prop To Travel Across The Map Or To Get Onto Roofs.
6. Do NOT Prop-Push: Do Not Use A Prop To Push A Player or Car.
City TakeOver Rules ( ONLY JOKER ):
1. The Joker Has To Call Takeover Over After Dying During The Takeover. One The Takeover Is Over. After Takeover Is Over, The Cops Are Allowed To Arrest Any Joker Gang Members They Can See For 2 Minutes.
2. You Can Do Base Takeover But You Must Advert Raid Before Hand.
3.You Can NOT Be Inside A Base During Takeover, You Must Be Visible. ( This Includes The Gang Members) You Can Sit Inside Of A Base As Long As There Are No Props.
Terror Rules :
1. You Can Only Terror Near PD In Between The Terror Lines. If You Do Not Terror Between The Lines, It Is Considered MButt-RDM And Fail-RP.
2. You Cannot Kill Other Terrorist Members.
3. You Must Wait 10 Minutes Before Terroring Again.
4. Terror Baiting Is KOS/AOS.
5. Terrorists CANNOT, Raid, Car-Jack, Mug. (You Can Only Terror, And May ONLY Raid The PD)
6. All Terrorists Must Advert Terror Before Killing.
Bank Robbery Rules:
1. NLR Applies While Robbing A Bank.
2. You Are NOT Allowed To Build While Robbing The Bank.
3. Must advert BANK RAID or PD RAID.
4. When Done Robbing The Bank
5. You CANNOT Rob The Bank With Any Form Of Government.
6. You CANNOT Split Money With The Government.
7. Minimum Players On Server Before Players Can Rob Bank.
8. Three police Officers Must Be Present Before Players Can Rob Bank.
9. Their Has To Be A 30 Minute Cool Down For ALL Players After a Robbery Has Failed Or Succeeded.
Raiding Rules:
1. After The Raider Has Died, They Are NOT Allowed To Go Back To The Raiding Area To Continue Raiding. The Defenders Are Allowed To Do So After There NLR Has PButted.
2. While Raiding You Are NOT Allowed To Kill Anyone That Is Not Involved In The Raid
3. While Raiding You Cannot Call Base Takeover or Base Capture. You Are Only Allowed To Call Takeover On The PD.
4. Do Not Build To Raid: You Are Not Allowed To Build Another Base Near The Base You Want To Raid.
5. Do Not Use Props: You Are Not Allowed To Use Props At All During A Raid. This Rule Is Applied To PD Takeovers.
6. Raid Cooldown: You are not allowed to raid the same base for 10 minutes.
7. You Are NOT Allowed To Be Healed During A Raid, This Is For Both Attackers/Defenders. You Can Heal Yourself Before The Raid. This Applies For Takeovers As Well.
